Our Medcrowd Care Centres are set up for people who require the services of skilled medical professionals to provide them with care and services on a daily basis. We have carefully designed care centres to address the various specialised needs that are associated with Frail and Dementia Care.
The Medcrowd process prioritises co-operation with all relevant role players, including the client, which ensures that patient needs are well addressed. A comprehensive care plan is tailored to the specific needs of each patient and is routinely adjusted to ensure the best quality care, to the benefit of our patients.
Regular monitoring is carried out in line with the tailored care plan, ensuring the service delivery is of the highest quality.
Medcrowd operates 3 centres, who combined, offer single and shared rooms for frail and dementia care. There is 24 hour nursing care and access to community facilities such as library and hairdresser as well as 24-hour security.
The internal layouts are setup to assist residents with ease of navigation and orientation within each care centre. This is done primarily to improve the safety of all our residents.
